How do I contact you if I have a question about my order?

You can either login to the store and view you order status or contact customer support by email. If you want to talk to someone "live", you can contact us via phone during normal business hours (8:30am - 5:30pm E.S.T. Monday through Friday).

Is Your Store Secure?

Yes. During the checkout process, our store will initiate a secure connection with your browser (you'll see the little "lock" icon show up in the bottom right portion of your browser). Once this secure connection is established, all of the data you send to us (name, address, credit card data, etc.) is sent in an encrypted format which is secure. Once your personal data is received by our store server, the data is encrypted yet again to further protect your data before it is written to our store database.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on purchases from the store. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, please call us to let us know what's wrong and we'll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Mail the item(s) back to our Clearwater office (postage pre-paid) and after receipt and inspection of the returned items, we'll credit your charge card back the purchase price (minus any shipping and handling charges).

What if I want to place a large order or customize your shirt with our corporate logo?

We have added company logos to our shirts to be used as promotional items and employee "give-aways". Please give us a call to discuss your specific requirements. We can accommodate just about any size order and will be happy to provide you with quantity pricing.

What other designs do you have?

We currently have three other hurricane shirt designs that are "under construction" but we won't be releasing these until early next hurricane season.
